1、 When purchasing: Please choose the bearings produced by Yantai Development Zone Dafeng Bearing Co., Ltd. The bearing standard is GB/T1151 "Technical Conditions for Main Shaft Bearings and Connecting Rod Bearings of Internal Combustion Engines", and the lining standard follows GB12613
2、 Before installation: Check whether each oil passage is unobstructed and clean it with compressed air to ensure smooth oil flow and maintain the cleanliness of related components, which is crucial for the operation of the entire machine.
3、 During installation: It is strictly prohibited to apply oil between the bearing seat and the back of the bearing shell, and the oil stains on the back of the bearing shell should be cleaned and kept clean; After the assembly of the bearing shell, pre lubricate the alloy surface of the bearing shell; The alloy surface of the bearing shell is not allowed to be scraped; Pay attention to the fit clearance between the journal and the bearing shell; Ensure the tightening torque of each bolt: After assembly, low and medium speed running in must be carried out before entering full speed and full load operation.
4、 In use: Keep the engine oil clean and maintain the oil pressure. Please inspect, maintain, replace and add engine oil in a timely manner as required; When hearing abnormal noise from the bearing shell, the machine should be stopped immediately and forced operation is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the shaft and cylinder body.
5、 When there is a problem: Please conduct a failure analysis of the failed bearing according to GB/T18844-2002 "Terminology, characteristics and causes of damage and appearance changes of sliding bearings". When the engine malfunctions, if the operator forcibly starts the engine, the bearing is severely damaged and the traces of the damage process are lost, it is impossible to determine the cause of the fault again. If it is a quality issue with the bearing itself, our company will provide "three guarantees" (repair, return, and replacement).
